Creators of Go for No!
Andrea Waltz and Richard Fenton are dedicated to helping individuals and organizations overcome self-imposed limitations and achieve breakthrough performance. They are the creators of the popular book and program, Go for No!®
Waltz earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice. At the age of 8 she called George Lucas to see if she could work with him on future movies. She was the youngest GM at Lens Crafters, a major eyeglass retailer and she launched her own training company at the age of just 24. Waltz currently has 8000+ followers on twitter. She was featured on ‘Idol Chat’ a TV Guide Channel show where she was interviewed on how even idol rejects can be successful failures.
Fenton cut his teeth in sales working for his sales-legend father, Don, in the automotive fleet business. He managed a restaurant at the age of 17 while still a senior in high school. Fenton is a recipient of the Trumpeter award, clothing-giant Hart Shaffner & Marx’s highest front-line sales recognition. He won a Regional Toastmasters Speech competition in humor and has written several screenplays, a couple of which have been read by many of Hollywood’s biggest producers – and were declined… for now.
Together they are co-authors of four books, including Go for No! Yes is the Destination, No is How You Get There. They are also producers of a 98-minute Documentary DVD Movie and speak together for audiences of 50 to 5000. They recently released a new book, called Million Dollar Year, inspired by the ongoing (over 24 years) powerful event known as The MLM Cruise.
Today, Waltz and Fenton are living their dream of speaking and writing, traveling the country, delivering their message to tens of thousands of people, changing lives with their best selling Go for No! message. After living in the Pacific Northwest for six years, they opted to try out Florida, and they now reside in Orlando.
A Message from Waltz and Fenton…
It is our belief that courage is the single most important virtue on which everything else in life, including all of your results, are built. And we know that when people build their courage, anything is possible; with enough courage, amazing things can happen.
Go for NO! Yes is the Destination, No is How You Get There
In their signature keynote presentation, the authors of the best-selling book Go for No! create a powerful shift, reprogramming the way people deal with failure, rejection, and hearing the word “no.” The results are dramatic and life-changing.
“Thank you for an outstanding keynote presentation! Your style, stories and strategies led to many ‘aha’ moments for all our attendees. Thank you for successfully turning what could be a ‘cliche’ into powerful concepts that challenged our thinking and touched our hearts. Again thank you for all the time and energy you put into creating an outstanding presentation.” Doreen Grass, Sr. Director, Sales Training & Communication, THE PAMPERED CHEF
“Richard and Andrea spoke to our group of 4000 distributors and took them from a place of disliking and fearing rejection, to feeling excited to grow their business. There are no other speakers that capture this concept and alleviate fear of rejection like Richard and Andrea. Their presentation on stage together is a well –choreographed performance of stories and concepts that had our people talking for weeks afterwards. Better yet, we are seeing fantastic business results. I would not hesitate to recommend them!” Wayne Coupland, Network Director THE UTILITY WAREHOUSE (U.K.) / Telcom Plus Plc
“Our top leaders are still buzzing three months following Andrea and Richard presenting a Go for No! segment at our annual leadership retreat. The concepts our team learned has created a paradigm shift where prospecting is no longer a dreaded, daunting task, but a vibrant and exciting opportunity for growth. We saw a serious uptick in our Contact & Invite process, and the first month following the retreat experienced the largest Associate recruiting month in our three year history. Well done!” Meredith Berkich, SVP Viridian Energy Network
“At our New Year launch sales conference we had probably our best guest speakers yet. The authors of the book Go For No! I’d recommend this to any business that has distributors who have to deal with daily rejection. The book has a very simple story, can be read in less than 2 hours and is simple for your team to put to practice.” Jamie Stewart, Managing Director, KLEENEZE Ltd
“Thanks for speaking at the 2011 Conference this weekend! I cannot tell you how many people told me your presentation was fantastic!” Ron Mattingly, VP Sales, LIGHTYEAR WIRELESS
“Thank you for the extraordinary presentation you made at our annual convention last week. While zealous and inspiring, your message was simultaneously enlightening and informative – a win/win combination. For from solely emoting “fiery enthusiasm” you provided our group with the knowledge and tools for reprogramming their thinking and developing a philosophy to counteract the fear of rejection… things that will stay with them forever and serve them well in their businesses. I appreciate the wonderful job you did, and will be glad to give you a recommendation any time.” Daniel Bloom, President & COO, AMERIPLAN USA MATTRESS FIRM
“You have an amazing way of immediately connecting with our sales force and holding their attention. The presentation was motivational to all levels in attendance and very powerful.” Vince Robles, President PRIME WIRELESS
“Our attendees responded very favorably… many noted that your session was their favorite aspect of the conference. You not only gave them ideas, but inspired our users to take charge of their customers. Thank you again for your valued wisdom. We are looking forward to contacting you for our future events.” Erica Mattson, Marketing Manager RADIANT SYSTEMS
