Built to Lead: Unleash the talent of every manager within your organization.

A recent Randstad Annual World of Work survey for North America found that 50% of respondents don’t want to be managers. You may be one of those people who didn’t want the pressure, the tough conversations, or the stress that comes with managing people and yet you were promoted anyway. Building yourself as a leader completely changes the nature of managing others turning pressure into excitement and stress into confidence. You can handle even the toughest conversations when you have the knowledge, skills, and tools required to manage them well. Absent a framework for success, many managers avoid hard conversations and sticky uncomfortable situations adding frustration and awkwardness to the pressure and stress.
