Richie captivates his audience with personal and relevant stories that bring a contagious amount of energy, and he effectively ignites a passion within all who are listening that they can be more.”   Kyle Tresner, President & Executive Director at The Journey Foundation

“I heard about Richie Norton a long time before I met him in person, so when the opportunity came to meet and then be trained by this incredible young American, I began by believing he had surely been oversold. Instead, he more than lived up to his advance press.  When he speaks, he delivers the 3 E’s of successful training:  He EDUCATES, he ENTERTAINS and he EMPOWERS! Richie has a remarkable gift of communication.”  James W. Ritchie, Former Sr. V.P. of Franklin Quest and General Partner of Ritchie Enterprises, LP
